Change what you eat and how You Eat! (PART 2)

Hi,
Here Is why TIP 1 is essential to your success.
So Saturday I gave you (Tip 1)

How to divide your current 3 day a meal plan into about 6 or 7 mini meals.

Now you ask why does this work.

The reason behind this is because your body will go into starvation mode after about 4 hours.
Your body thinks it is stranded on a desert island and so it goes into starvation mode to preserve your life.
So what does this mean exactly? It means if you ate a small, let’s say very healthy, salad at lunch which is basically empty calories (depending on the greens). Let’s say you had it at 1 PM.
Well you go back to work and by the time you get home and have dinner it is 8 or 9PM so in essence you have not eaten for 7- 8 hours. After the first 4 hours your body goes into this starvation mode.
But then what happens?

Well your body thinks it needs to survive right? Well it does exactly that it starts to break down muscle tissue and stores it as fat. Now this is the reason your body starts to lower its energy take as your body thinks “wait, I won’t be able to eat for days”. So you begin to feel tired throughout those last 4 hours leaving you low in energy and very hungry.

So at dinner most likely you take in too many calories because you feel so hungry and because it takes 30 min. for your body to realize you’re full. Now you have that stuffed feeling because you ate too much.

So why am I gaining weight?

Well, what you should really be asking is why are you adding fat to your body?

First you probably work out. This is good but if you only eat 3 times a day as you can see you are losing some of that muscle to the starvation mode process.

This is very bad because it makes most of that hard work wasted at the gym.

Second, you gain weight (fat) from the excess calories you took in at dinner that also turns into fat.

So as you can see this is not a healthy cycle!

By breaking up your meals you are only eating what your body needs at any given moment to function on. By lowering your consumption, you are also taking less time to digest because there’s less food. This also gives you a higher energy level.

The most important is that you not allowing your body to go into starvation mode
So

1. You are not breaking down muscle into fat

2. When you go to the gym your efforts will be seen throughout your body and help you stay their.

This is to give you an idea why all the experts say eat more often but less!

Want to change your Figure - Change what you eat and how You Eat!

Hi,
Here’s (Tip 1)

If you what to look your best. The best thing to do is to change what and how you eat your food.

First-
know what kinds of food you are currently eating and how many calories you are potentially taking in. This should become habit.

Once you see what you are feeding your body at what hours you are feeding it you can better take charge.

By slowly changing your habits over time you can Achieve your goals. But if you try to do this over night you will fail. This is of course if your diet is a problem, with most people this is the case. Even if you are a vegetarian, you could be gaining unnecessary pounds.

Now, That you are noticing what you eat?…….Eat Less No?
Many experts claim to eat more but what they are really saying is Eat Less but more often every three hours or so Make this one a habit!!!!

So what does this mean? By simply taking your current intake of food divide it up so breakfast becomes two small meals, lunch, dinner do the same and have some fruit an hour before bed perhaps. This way you should be eating every 3-4 hours.

The funny thing is when I tried this way back. I noticed no mater what I did, I couldn’t eat all the food I once did in a 3 meal a day schedule.

This little tip will give you more energy.
