Hi,

Hope you are enjoying my Lose Weight & Burn Fat blueprint to health.

(Tip 2) as promised

Flushing Your system of toxics, while improving your energy and food absorption.

So what does this mean?
To start off today I want to share some facts with you about Dehydration!

What many people do not know is that one of the most important ways to decrease weight is to make sure you are hydrated. This means drinking the right amount of water each day.

Besides the benefits of quenching your thirst, you will find that if you do this one thing alone you will slow the aging process, improve skin tone and keep it young looking, have clearer eyes, shiner hair, better muscle definition as well as help regulate body temperature. It just about allows your entire body to function better and more efficiently. These are just some of the benefits in fact I could write a whole book about it but instead I will give a good resource at the end of this article to help you on your quest.

So you ask how much water should I drink?
This is a good question.
First we must look as what you should be consuming on a daily basis on average.
You should be drinking 6-10 glass of water each and everyday. This is very important because also what you eat has a great effect on whether or not you need more water in your diet.

As you age your body loses its capacity for water retention and also loses its thirst sensitivity. This means by the time you reach 65 you have lost between 10-15% of your cellular water compotation (which is the ability of your body to hold water.)

So to help weight loss and just about every other function in the body, it is important to drink enough water.

Did you know for every 6 oz. of caffeinated beverages your body requires an additional 12 oz. of water to re-hydrate itself. This is also true for alcoholic drinks. That’s with 5% alcoholic drinks like beer or wine, not shots or straight liquor which requires a lot more water. So if you start drinking water you will start feeling better and have more energy because you will digest your food better. It also helps with constipation.

There is a great book that I highly recommend if you want more info on the benefits of water.
